   We use 100% virgin PVC (glossy or soft-touch matte), premium TPE, and EVA. All materials are phthalate-free, low-VOC, and completely odorless from day one.

2. Can you make exact-fit 3D mats for my vehicle? Yes!

   We already have digital templates for over 850 models (including all Tesla Model 3/Y/S/X/Highland/Juniper, Cybertruck, Ford F-150, Toyota RAV4, BMW X5, etc.). Send us any new model and we create the mold for free.

3. What is your MOQ? Only 50 sets per model for custom orders (perfect for new Amazon launches). 

4. How long does it take to get samples? Stock samples: shipped same day (Customers cover the courier). Custom logo/embossing samples: 5–7 days.

5. How fast can you produce and ship? Normal orders: 15–20 days after deposit. Rush orders (40HQ): 12–25 days possible in off-peak season.

6. Do you offer private labeling and custom packaging? Absolutely – custom color boxes, insert cards, barcode stickers, Amazon FBA labels...
