  • A:We offer multiple shipping solutions tailored to order needs:
    Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS): For samples or urgent small batches
    Air Freight: For urgent bulk orders
    Sea Freight (FCL/LCL): For regular large-volume shipments
    Land Freight: For neighboring countries
    We support trade terms including EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP. Door-to-door DDP service is available for shipments to Europe and the US.
  • A:Shipping fees are calculated based on cargo volume/weight, destination port and trade terms.
    For large-volume orders, please contact our customer service for a customized quote and exclusive discount.
  • A:Delivery time is divided into production time + shipping time:
    In-stock goods: Shipped within 7-10 working days
    Customized goods (LOGO printing, size adjustment, etc.): Produced within 15-30 working days
    Additional sea freight time for Europe & US routes: 25-40 days
  • A:We provide all required clearance documents: commercial invoice, packing list, telex release, certificate of origin, etc.
  • A:1. Shipment Tracking: We will provide the booking number / bill of lading number after shipment. You can track the status on the official website of the shipping company.
    2. Claim Process: For non-human damage or loss, please provide photos of damaged goods, bill of lading and claim letter. We will give a solution within 7 working days.
  • A: Yes. Our products meet international quality standards and have passed certifications including SGS, REACH, ROHS, CA65. If you need other specific certifications for your target market, we can arrange testing and certification as required.
  • A:Sample policy details:
    Standard samples: Free of charge, buyer only bears the shipping cost. Samples will be sent within 1-3 working days.
    Customized samples: Mold fee will be charged, delivery time is 15-20 working days.
    Fee deduction: For bulk orders over $5000, the sample shipping cost can be deducted from the final payment.
  • A: Support OEM/ODM (LOGO printing, size adjustment, packaging design). MOQ ≥ 100pcs.
  • A: We support full OEM/ODM customization, including LOGO printing, size adjustment, packaging design. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 100 pieces per model.
  • A: Upported payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, T/T, L/C, VisaStandard payment term: 30% deposit in advance + 70% balance before shipment
  • A:We welcome you to visit our factory. We also support third-party audits by institutions such as SGS/BV and will assist in preparing all audit materials.
  • A:Order process: Send Inquiry → Quotation Confirmation → Sign Sales Contract → Pay Deposit → Mass Production
    We can sign a formal sales contract to clarify delivery time, quality standards and liability for breach of contract.
  • A:Before production: Modifications can be negotiated, and a supplementary agreement needs to be signed.
    During production: Modifications may incur additional costs, subject to the factory's production schedule.
  • A:Yes. After production starts, we will set up an exclusive service group for you, and send production photos/videos every week to update the progress in real time.
  • A:We support inspection by buyers or third-party institutions. For products that fail to meet quality standards, we will arrange rework unconditionally. For delivery delays caused by rework, the new delivery date will be negotiated by both parties.
  • A:Yes. Packaging options include neutral packaging and brand customized packaging. We provide five-layer corrugated cartons for basic protection. Special packaging solutions can be customized according to product characteristics and buyer requirements.
  • A:Warranty period by category:
    Home goods: 1 year
    Auto parts: 1 year
    Pet supplies: 6 months
    For quality problems caused by non-human factors, we will provide free replacement of defective parts after confirmation.
  • A:For defective products exceeding 2% of the total order quantity, we will provide free replacements in your next order. Please provide photos/videos of defective products and a detailed list for confirmation within 30 days after receipt of goods.
